About SIGMA Group

Our origins can be found in the establishment of Sigma International, Inc. in May 1978 in New Jersey, USA, as an exporter of scrap metal and other such resources.
SIGMA Brothers Inc. was subsequently established in 1981 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, with the aim of manufacturing and selling aluminum alloy ingots and trading in scrap metal. The company plays a central role in the SIGMA Group, overseeing the Metals Division. The SIGMA Group (www.sigmacorp.com) is a group of companies that currently has a production capacity of approximately one million tons, with around 1,300 employees and sales of approximately 150 billion yen.

The group has one of the world's largest production capacities and possesses advanced technologies, and has a total of eight aluminum alloy manufacturing plants in China and Taiwan, one of which also manufactures die-cast products, and the products are manufactured in a location adjacent to areas where there is demand from automobile manufacturers and other such manufacturers. In addition to this, we have offices in New Jersey, USA, and in Japan, and we are expanding our activities globally.
We have registered three aluminum alloy ingot products - "SBI" for Kaohsiung, "SIGMA" for Shanghai, and "ZSM" for Zhangzhou - as trademarks on the London Metal Exchange (LME), and we have ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and IATF16949 certification. Our products have become globally recognized international brands that enjoy a high level of trust from a wide range of users around the world.
We also possess knowledge and technology accumulated through the production of hundreds of die castings and casting ingots over the years, and in terms of ingot products, we have also constructed a system for molten metal supply in addition to the conventional cold ingot delivery method that can meet the diversifying requirements of our customers.
